Stand tall with feet hip-width apart, grounding evenly through all four corners of the feet
Shift your weight onto your left foot, engaging the thigh muscles
Lift your right foot and place it on the inner left thigh or calf, avoiding the knee joint
Bring hands together at heart center in a prayer position or extend arms overhead like branches
Fix your gaze on a stationary point to enhance balance
Breathe deeply, holding the pose, then switch sides with control
